Model applicants must confirm that they are adults. Companies must provide accurate business information and have authority to represent the stated business. Keep credentials private and report suspected account access promptly. Verification is a review step, not a guarantee of future conduct.
Platform and booking scope
CastVero supports introductions, verification, requests and contract records. A profile, inquiry or draft is not by itself a completed booking. Before work begins, the parties should agree on location, date, duration, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, cancellation and image use in the applicable agreement.
Content and conduct
Submit material you are entitled to use, keep details accurate and do not impersonate others, upload malicious files, scrape private portfolios or pressure participants to bypass protections. The platform may restrict access while investigating misuse or protecting affected users.
Changes, cancellation and disputes
Changes to scope or rights should be recorded and accepted by the parties. A changed contract version requires signatures on the current version. Cancellation fees and refund conditions must come from the booking agreement; the platform does not invent them. Keep relevant references and use the reporting page to request review.
Applicable rules and availability
Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected. The law and forum for a particular engagement depend on its valid agreement and applicable mandatory rules; this page does not designate a court. Service interruptions may occur, and a platform record is not a promise of employment, payment or commercial results.
