Ownership and permission
Uploading an image does not transfer its copyright to CastVero or a booking company. The photographer, model or another rightsholder may hold different rights. Upload only when you have the necessary permission for the image, likeness and any third-party material.
Platform display
Submitting portfolio material permits the platform to store, review and display it within the intended account and verified-roster workflow. Private verification files are not portfolio material. Access to a portfolio is not permission to download, republish or train AI systems on it.
Commercial license
Before use, record the exact images, permitted media, campaign, territory, duration, editing permissions and any exclusivity. State whether paid advertising, sublicensing and third-party distribution are allowed. Any broader use requires a new agreement with the relevant rightsholders.
Expiry and prohibited use
When a license expires, stop new uses and address existing placements as the agreement requires. Do not imply endorsement, make deceptive edits, or use a person’s likeness in sexual, discriminatory or unlawful contexts without a valid legal basis and required permissions.
Rights complaint
Report the relevant image or account reference, your relationship to the rights and the disputed use through the reporting page. Avoid publishing private documents. Access may be restricted during review; a platform review does not finally determine copyright ownership.
